Depot Repair
Data Reliance Corporation specializes in depot repair services for Printronix printers. We offer shuttle assembly repair including hammerbank refurbishment, full bearing replacement, internal hammerbank circuit board repair, and flex cable repair. Our depot also supports component level circuit board repair on both through hole and surface mount PCBAs including Printronix CMX, CFX, PPC, and P8 controllers.
Advance Exchange
For time critical situations we offer same day shipment of many Printronix parts. Several major sub-assemblies including circuit boards and shuttle assemblies can be ordered on an advance exchange basis. Technical support and part number identification is available.
Spare Parts
We offer genuine Printronix new spare parts for current production models as well as many refurbished items for out of production legacy models including the popular P5000 and P7000 Series. Parts are also available for the IBM 6400 and 6500 Series printers.
